We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role is critical in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing our online and offline presence, and creating compelling campaigns that highlight market-leading solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, bring a balanced approach to operational excellence and campaign management, and have demonstrated marketing success across similar markets
Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Campaigns: Develop, plan, execute, and track high-performing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve demand generation objectives
- Event Management: Assist with the preparation, organization, and execution of industry events, to promote our products and services.
- Website Management: Oversee and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Analytical Reporting:Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the product managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales activities.
- Sales and Company Presentation: Be responsible of creating the state of the Art Company and Sales presentation.
- Utilize AI tools: like ChatGPT to optimize various marketing channels, including email and other AI tools for Graphics and more

Required Qulifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven marketing experience in a Defense company.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (native-level proficiency is a must).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation systems and website management (WordPress). Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives and execute them effectively.
- Hands-On Execution: Experience in executing campaigns that drove quantitative business results with strong attention to detail. Account-Based Marketing campaigns- an advantage.
- Strong analytical, data-driven
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Independence and Problem-Solving: Highly independent and capable of solving problems, yet comfortable asking for help when needed.
