We are seeking a for an Office Manager to join our evolving team! If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly – this job is exactly for you. This role involves wide variety of operational and administrative tasks, working closely with the CEO and company team, allowing day-by-day management of the office and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistant to the CEO
  • Managing the daily schedule of the managers and scheduling the meetings.
  • Being a focal point to phone calls and emails.
  • Arranging the external visitors visits.
  • Administration support to the company employees.
  • Being a focal point to the sub-contractors and customers.
  • Play a vital role in planning and executing the company’s welfare activities (Happy Hours, company events, holiday toasts, gifts for employees etc.).

Required Qulifications

  • Experience: 4 years in similar role.
  • Office Skills: Deep undestanding of the office management, schedules management.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage processes and projects.
  • Focal Point: Proficiency in working with subcontractors and customers – both domestic and overseas.
  • The previous experience working with Priority ERP – advantage.
  • Proficiency in English – both verbal and written
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Independence and Problem-Solving: Highly independent and capable of solving problems, yet comfortable asking for help when needed.
